Covenant Care Announces 2015 Chairman’s Award Winner – St. Edna Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center

Santa Ana, CA – St. Edna Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center, owned and operated by Covenant Care has received the 2015 Chairman’s Award.

To qualify for the Covenant Care Chairman’s Award, a facility must meet several standards. Those standards include: exceeding clinical standards, financial expectations, positive Federal and State Survey outcomes, low staff turnover, positive employee relations, and must exceed receivable guidelines. The facility must also demonstrate that they mentored other facilities, been a “model” Covenant Care facility, be a provider of choice in their community for patients and employees, and be actively involved as a member of their local community.

Only one facility is recognized in the Covenant Care Operational area. St. Edna Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center met all the above criteria and will be presented with their 2015 Chairman’s Award at the facility celebration from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm on May 31, 2016 at 1929 North Fairview Street, Santa Ana, CA. Accepting the award for the St. Edna Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center is Robert Do, Executive Director. By winning this prestigious company award, St. Edna Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center, continues to demonstrate its commitment to quality care for its residents, staff and the community it serves.
